This page outlines how to request the permanent deletion of your game account and associated personal data for Capy Express: Animal Delivery, developed by iLLUMi-90.
Important Note: This process deletes your Capy Express game account and game-related data only. It does not delete or alter your Google Account.
How to Request Account Deletion
Please follow these steps to submit an account deletion request:
- Send an email from the exact Google email address you used to sign in to Capy Express.
- Send the email to: illumi90.confirmed@gmail.com

Use the subject line:
Delete Capy Express Account - Account verification: The developer may reply to your email to verify account ownership before proceeding with deletion.
- Processing timeframe: Your request will normally be processed and completed within 30 days of verification.
Security Warning: Never send your Google password or any other passwords. We will never ask for your password to process an account deletion request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your deletion request is completed, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your Firebase Authentication account and associated records
- Your account profile, email address, display name, and unique user identifiers
- Cloud-saved game progress, level unlock states, and in-game settings
- User-created or published community levels and level submissions
- All other Firestore data directly associated with your account
Data Retention and Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions regarding data deletion:
- Anonymized & Aggregated Analytics: Anonymized or aggregated analytics data (collected via Firebase Analytics or advertising partners) that can no longer identify you personally may remain in aggregated reporting metrics.
- Legal & Security Requirements: Limited information may be retained where strictly necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, protect security, prevent fraud and abuse, or resolve active disputes.
